I was a child when we first met.
I often saw you when I woke up from a dream at night.
You smiled at me, but I was scared of you then.
I was not trying to flee,
because I knew you would come again.
And you came.
Again and again.
I got used to your presence after a while, that if I open my eyes.
I would see you again.
I tried to sleep, but sometimes I cheated, pretended not to see you.
I felt that you are looking at me.

I knew it. I was still scared.
But finally someone was looking after me.
After a While, slowly, we became friends.
I am the darkest corner of the room.
Nobody wants to go there.

They only sweep trash there.
No one can see it, filth can gather.
Everybody avoids this corner of the house.
I was born here, in this corner where Im locked up since then.

I tried to sleep. I was still scared.
I am cold, I am shivering.
Let me out, I asked for your attention.
I cried, or remained silent in vain, I am cold, I am shivering.
